On November 28 2020 at UFC on ESPN: Blaydes Vs. Lewis Ostovich faced Gina Mazany. The fight ended in the third round. she was knocked down with body kicks. On December 7 2020 Ostovich was dismissed by the UFC after suffering three consecutive losses.
